On all reservations made from 24 November 2024 to 30 November 2024 , for overnight stays with check in 01.01.2025 and throughout 2025, they will receive a discount from 20% to 30% . In addition, upon booking, we will also give the opportunity to book extra services , applying exclusive discounts (Luxury Dining Experience “Cooking class , Wine Tasting , Evoo Tasting”  and Dinner in First Luxury Home Restaurant in Italy , also a private transfer from Rome Center or Fiumicino airport to my bb).

We are located within walking distance of the Port of Civitavecchia, right in the historic center, just a 10-minute walk from the train station.​

All 5 rooms have Air Conditioning, flat screen TV, wooden floors and private bathroom.  Some rooms have chromotherapy and Manet for internet and free calls around the world for the duration of the stay, available both indoors and outside.

Our wonderful cuisine, to be enjoyed in our Home Restaurant, is available for breakfast and, upon request, lunch and/or dinner, from a choice of menus all prepared with love by our Chef Pia, using typical local genuine farm products.

"HomEitaly" is 50 km from Rome-Fiumicino International Airport and 70 km from Ciampino Airport, and upon request, Transfers can be arranged from the two airports as well as to/from Rome, to/from the Port for cruise ships and ferries
