For a healthy and balanced life-style a diet should be well balanced.  To do this we should have a daily intake of the following macro nutrients: carbohydrates 50-55% of our daily kcal intake of which no more than 10% in simple sugars, 15-20% protein and 20-30% fat.  For this reason, each menu is carefully studied with the Dietician Dr. Sanguin.
